One of the m...I think point 4 is vitally important. One of the most frustrating trends in schools today is that of "changing to change". New programs are implemented yearly or faster in the name of changes to make improvements. If everything changes each year, even successful programs, teachers don't have a chance to get really good at what they are doing.
